All participants in HCYA activities must be a member of HCYA.
The membership fee for HCYA is $15.00 per year per participant. Once a
member of HCYA a student
may be involved in as many HCYA activities as desired. Each activity may have
activity fees to be paid,
but the HCYA membership covers participation and insurance for all of the
activities.
To join HCYA download the form below, complete, and turn in, along with the
membership fee, to the
first activity you are signing up for.
