HCYA Eagles is seeking applications for a Volleyball Coach Position in one of the following ladies teams:

Junior High
Junior Varsity
Varsity

Coaches ensure a safe and productive environment for students from all backgrounds and creeds. Their primary responsibilities include:

Coaching games, camps and practices
Fostering an environment for growth in technical skills
Traveling to local and travel tournaments
Working together with other coaches when needed
Communicating with the Director and other leadership

Requirements

Prior coaching in volleyball (ages 13+ preferred)
Experience in scoring, rotations, and rules/regulations
Strong leadership skills
Personal alignment and agreement with HCYA's Statement of Purpose and Statement of Belief as listed at https://www.hcya.org/

SPRING CLINICS!

Spring Clinics have begun! We are pleased to partner with Challenge Elite in Friendswood, where we will be hosting all of our clinics. Here are a few details about what you can expect:

Every Wednesday from 1/21 - 5/6 (not including spring break)
Time: 4PM - 6PM
Sessions:
- Boys
- Girls
Conditioning
Volleyball foundation drills and practice
Note: Some volleyball experience is recommended

The cost for the clinics are $20/session, but if you would like to pay in full please let us know so we can calculate the discount. These clinics are a great way to work on improving your skills and conditioning! Hope to see you all there.

Our teams are led by experienced and dedicated coaches who not only teach the skills necessary for competitive volleyball, but also model and encourage integrity, humility, Christian values, and sportsmanship.
